I had a horrid dream last night that has still left me shakey and compleatly arg. I'm trying not to spontaniously combust. My last final paper is due on the 21st and I figure that by that time I should have some kind of closure to the whole symester which has left me with an ulcer and far too much ick to even get into.
I wish i didn't have that dream it's compleatly fucked my head and i have so much shit to do.
And now I go get shit done, or try in vain to.

Every now and then I forget how much I love the cure. And then out of nowhere I remember. And it's like the first time all over again.

I came across This while looking at knitting blogs.
It says Everything I have ever wanted to say and more concerning brain tumors and living with them.
Anyone who lives with a disease, or knows someone close to them who has a bad disease will understand or have their eyes opened.

Sadistically early is somewhere around 8a.m. and I was getting up at that time. I'm floored tired. Not that I did anything to warrent that. I'm just tired and in need of getting ready.
I thought i was going to bed early last night but kept waking up for no reason.
Almost all my moving stuff is in order I'm 50% packed. I'm guessing i'm doing okay. I think i am but will find out when everything actually happens.
Paper due tomorrow haven't started (it's small so i can justify that). I need to write it tonight.

Lily is HERE! This still trips me out daily. She has supped upon the greatness that is canadian cuisine. Or as much of it as a vegitarian can handle. Watch out NZ Poutine is comeing.
My neice was born two days ago, Elizabeth Dylan affectionatly called "Zibby". Total rock and roll.
Ya I'm taking a lot of pictures.
Yes I will flood you with them at a later date.

Meow, Lily is in the air i believe. She gets here on Sunday night. I am washing linens and tomorrow is clean the house get groceries day.
Lana left this afternoon amidst tears and knitted goods (she forgot her jacket).
I have planned a bbq with fam and friends next weekend for Lily, it's not extravagant or anything but it should be fun/interesting.
I'm still recovering from last night. There were two 40s of hard liquor and there was none left between three girls this morning. Gotta give a proper send off.
My liver is going to hate me very soon.

I am tired, I am weary
I could sleep for a thousand years
A thousand dreams that would awake me
Different colors made of tears

I've been cleaning the house which by tomorrow afternoon will look exactly the same as before I cleaned it. Such is the wrath of the two and a half year old female with a will that could rival an unbroken colt or stallion (dispite the gender incongruency).
The bro came by today and fixed the hot water (which has been out since friday) and I took a long hot soak which was much needed. I still have this nagging cold which I procured from Josephine. It was better when she was gone on the weekend but now that she's back and I'm inundated with germs for the entirety of the day my body is revolting aganist me faster than lightening.
Big plans for the evening include finishing the laundry and vaccuming. If i get a sudden surge of energy then I'll try and tackle the bathroom which needs a decent scrub but really... I don't see that happening. I did get 2/3 of the laundry done as well as the dishes and sweeping so I am making slow progress.
Lana's going to bc and stoon for a week starting thursday so I get the feeling the house will feel very empty, she's coming back for a week before moving back home at the same time Lily's coming. Life is soo busy I hardly know how I manage most days. But i do get a lot of knitting done rather than dirty up all the friends pages I blog about knitting etc Here.
All and all I wish I could just curl up and read but hey there's always work to be done, and so little life to do it in.

Aunt and Uncle arrived... went to the white stripes with Lana, brought lana back to regina. Now I intend to pretend I'm not as bad off as i am and i'm going to enjoy July as in August I'll be very busy minding my 2 year old neice.

P.s. the godfather is worth the hype. Took me long enough to see it.

I spent the evening watching mob movies and making pipe/glasses cases/bags. There are a bunch that are finished and I just need to take pictures of and get them up on the site. I'm not exactly sure how one advertises a pipe bag but i'll figure it out.
and now i sleep.

I'm working on this with my birthday present alpaca/merino blend yarn. It's from a local Alpaca farm (i really stress supporting local and indie yarn).

I just finished moving a dresser into the work area of the basement and organizing all the sewing stuff into the top three drawers. Well the fabric and patterns anyway. I still have to organize the ribbons and rockrack and acoutrements that come along with sewing. at least 80% of my stuff is holdover from working at the fabric store. Seriously.
I'm only 1/3 of the way done but I tire so easily these days I really wish i could off myself. It's goregous outside. Warm and pleasant... and I'm sweaty and miserable.
In a few I'll go back and try and work on the basement some more. Perhaps some Led Zeppelin would help. They're such a summery band to me.

Went out spare bed hunting it's coming on Monday. We also got a new bookshelf for me. I'm going to change things around in my living room downstairs once the new shelf gets here. I intend to create a studio/library/work space on the one side and then the couch living area will remain pretty much the same on the other side.
I'm also looking into Payloadz for downloadable patterns. I'm printing off the manual at the moment I'll read up on it tonight and see what I think. I might do a dry run with the pattern I'm working on atm.
I'm starting to get more and more serious about the whole crafting for a meger living thing. I know where I want to be in a few years it's the getting there that's the hard part.

In other news mail went out today.
I've been riding high on bluegrass banjo love.
There should be more banjo in the world.
Just a thought.

I need to wash and block the socks I made for my aunt's birthday. I'm also getting her some merle norman gift certificate. Thinking is driving my brain dry. I'm reading Raisin Wine by James Bartleman. It's an interesting and light read. I recommend it highly. It's worth a trip to the local library.
Morbidblue is having a June Book Club and it's going to be Slaughterhouse Five it seems. So if you're one of the literati you should come by and ruminate about the book.
